# Manage a reservation

// how to manage your reservations with our Appointment Diary

From your Personal Area, simply access the “Confirm Booking” page.

By default all bookings received will be released.

Simply filter them by “Booking date” to view only those of interest.

In the grid we will have all the filtered and unfiltered reservations. And on each of them we can confirm whether the booking has been made (1) or possibly apply a penalty if it has not been respected (2).

Obviously the penalty will only be applied if the appropriate field in Settings has been activated.
