To take full advantage of the WhatsApp notifications feature in Cloud Bookings, you need to activate the feature (Whatsapp Notifications) in the “[Customization](https://www.prenotazionicloud.com/en/docs/customization/)” panel.

The next step will be to [onboard](https://www.prenotazionicloud.com/en/docs/onboarding-2/) your WhatsApp number.

This will allow the manager to send notifications from their WhatsApp number and maintain a history of conversations with customers.
