On this page we can manage and view the payment details associated with a specific booking.
In case of a deposit at the time of booking, we will find the amount already paid in the amount paid.
In this case, simply select “Partial payment” and enter the missing amount to pay.
The manager, by virtue of the company policy adopted, will be able to opt for two options regarding payment.
When booking, request the association of a card with the customer or send the payment link from time to time where the customer will enter their card details at each payment to pay for the service.
By clicking on the button , a link will be sent to the customer, on the email entered during the booking phase, which will direct him to a form of this type where he will make the payment.
Once the payment has been made, you will find it on this screen.
If you want to associate a card with the customer, just click on to send the customer the link to associate their credit card. By clicking on the link received, a form of this type will open.
It is possible to associate multiple cards with a customer.
Simply send the card association link several times.
In this case, to pay or settle a reservation you can choose between the different stored cards.
Once you have selected the payment card, simply click to complete the payment.
Obviously this button will only be present if there is an associated card, otherwise you will necessarily need to send the link to complete the operation.
