The Personal Area will present a detailed summary of the bookings received analyzed by periods (days, week, month, year) and by services. From the side menu you can navigate between the various features of the software.
Let’s explain them briefly.
Registry page where you can manage your customers. It allows you to register a customer so that the latter can take advantage of Promotions, Reminders and a whole series of services made available by the business manager. If the customer freely makes a reservation, the data entered will be used to create his profile which the manager will find on this page without having to review it.
On this page you can send promotions to your customers. Sending can be done by Email, through Notification in the App (if present), through SMS. You need to enter the title and description of the promotion, select the type of notice and select the customers (if you decide not to send it to everyone) to whom you want to send it.
Sending promotions via SMS is linked to the package of SMS available.
The form also includes a summary of all the promotions sent with details of the recipient(s) to whom it was sent.
On this page you can create, issue and manage gift vouchers.
These can be created and issued by the manager to customers but also from customers to customers once it has been created by the manager.

In this section you can manage your staff by scheduling their working week, their holidays and assigning the relevant tasks to each of them.

The "Customizations" section first of all allows you to have a summary of the information entered during registration and possibly gives you the possibility to modify it if necessary.
Furthermore, from this section it is possible to activate or not the subdomain (Customer side) and customize the portal layout.
On this page the administrator can set some fundamental parameters for the correct functioning of the software and provide guidelines for customer bookings.
Among others, it can define the days of notice and booking conditions, the need or not to provide a card when the customer makes a booking and many other options that you can discover in detail on this page.
It is possible to define the opening and closing times by scheduling the entire week.

Furthermore, it is possible to define any openings on public holidays (selecting them from those defined by the calendar) or "extraordinary" days.

The page defines the closure period(s) of the activity, giving the possibility of setting this closure also with an "annual frequency" so as not to have to enter the same closure every year for the same period.
