With Agenda Estesa we wanted to provide another tool to facilitate and speed up the management of your reservations in order to optimize work resources.
The page is closely linked to “Your Agenda” with the addition, however, of having a Calendar-style view and the possibility of also consulting any Waiting lists.
While from the grid we can immediately trace all the useful information about a reservation.
The first three columns contain information about Station Name, Type and Capacity.
All the other columns indicate the times by highlighting the current time with a red vertical line. In the respective time boxes we find the existing reservations. Depending on the status of the reservation it will acquire a color.
Clicking on the booking opens the detail in which we find the information entered during the insertion phase and the possibility of immediately changing the status.
If the change is more profound, just click on the icon at the top right, as shown in the photo.
By clicking on the Payments button we manage the payments linked to the booking.
