On this page we have all the information necessary to manage the reservations received or to enter new ones if the latter is not made directly by the customer via the portal but through other channels (for example via telephone).
It is possible to manage multiple rooms if the structure is equipped with them through the “Select the Room” filter
If a customer calls, in order not to lose the reservation or at the same time check its feasibility, you can create it directly in this section.
You can choose a customer already present in your database by entering the first three letters in the “Type the name to search for the customer” field or write it from scratch, with all its data.
Choose the customer’s arrival time, number of people and already assign him the table and the “service” requested.
The tables (with their names, their capacities and their positions are defined in the “Tables” form) while under the “Select service” drop-down window you will find all the services previously entered in the “Services” form.
Reservations received are clearly visible in this screen.
Where by clicking on the button we will view all the reservations for that day, for that room.
Then clicking on the appropriate icons:
While clicking on the individual table will open the reservations for that table for the day initially selected.
