By service we mean an activity, product or at the same time service that your business provides to its customers.
It can be used as a massage, beauty treatment, sun lamp, haircut and/or color if you are a manager of a beauty centre, hairdresser and/or barber. In this case, it will be linked to the concept of workstation.
But it can also be understood as lunch, dinner, private room, tasting menu and/or aperitif if you are the manager of a restaurant, cocktail bar or similar. In this case it may be appropriate to also take a look at the Tables section.
Add a Service #
We have not placed particular limits on your creativity and your needs. It is possible to create any type of Service that your business provides by simply clicking on the “Add” button.
This entry form will open where you have to enter:
- Name
- Description
- Number of people who can use it, duration, display order compared to other services and whether active or not
- Price
- Service identification Image via the “Choose” button
As well as a series of optional fields:
- Advance and/or optional payment when booking the service
- Deposit required at time of booking
- Possibility of making the “Service” giftable via gift voucher
With these options the customer is allowed to pay for the “Service” by receiving a payment link or by associating their credit card, thus avoiding having to enter the data every time.
In order to prevent unpleasant surprises due to no-shows or fictitious bookings!
Management of a Service #
The management of a service occurs in a similar way.
Just choose and click on the service to manage.
And this form will appear in which you can modify the various fields, disable or not the service or eliminate it completely.
If a service has been used previously and therefore linked to a booking, it cannot be deleted but only deactivated.
