With Extended Agenda we wanted to provide another tool to facilitate and speed up the management of your bookings in order to optimize work resources.
The page is closely linked to “Your Agenda” with the addition of a Calendar-style view and the ability to consult any Waiting Lists.
While from the grid we can immediately trace all the useful information about a reservation.
The first three columns contain information about Station Name, Type, and Capacity.
All other columns indicate times, highlighting the current time with a red vertical line. The respective time boxes contain any existing reservations. The color will change depending on the reservation’s status.

If the change is more profound, just click on the icon in the top right, as shown in the photo.
By clicking on the Payments button, we can manage the payments associated with the booking.
