The basis of efficient and satisfying work for one’s customers is good organization of time and employees.
In order to meet all needs, in addition to “direct” bookings, we have developed this form to allow managers to create a real waiting line in order to always try to satisfy their customers in the event that for any reason were unable to book for that particular day.
Add Customer to Waiting List #
By clicking on the button 
you enter a customer, already present in the registry, on the waiting list.
Some fields are loaded from the registry, while others must be completed based on the service requested.
Confirmation of reservation #
The transition from the waiting list to booking is just one click away 
The following window will open in which to confirm and complete the data.
In this case it is a reservation for a dinner in a restaurant and the assignment of a table is also required.
Once saved, I will find the booking in the Calendar view of the Agenda and it will be treated in the same way as other bookings already present.
